**Schedule**: Night shifts only - 7p to 7a, 11p to 7a, or 24-hour (7a to 7a)

**Clinical Details:**
- Setting: Inpatient, hospital-based
- 36 to 46 total cases per day across two locations (15 to 20 per site)
- Case mix: Neuro, endoscopy, radiology, limited peds
- CRNA model: Supervised (4 to 1 ratio)
- CRNAs place their own arterial lines
- EMR: Not specified

**Requirements:**
- Board certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
- Active Michigan license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Current flu vaccine or medical exemption
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- Independently manage anesthesia care for standard inpatient procedures
- Proficient in arterial line placement
- Comfortable in a supervised 4 to 1 care team model
