**Schedule**: Night shifts only - 7p-7a, 11p-7a, or 24-hour (7a-7a)

**Clinical Details:**
- Setting: Inpatient, hospital-based
- 36 46 total cases/day across two locations (15 20 per site)
- Case mix: Neuro, endoscopy, radiology, limited peds
- CRNA model: Supervised (4:1 ratio)
- CRNAs place their own arterial lines
- EMR: Not specified

**Requirements:**
- Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
- Active Michigan license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Current flu vaccine or medical exemption
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- Independently manage anesthesia care for standard inpatient procedures
- Proficient in arterial line placement
- Comfortable in a supervised 4:1 care team model
