  • Certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Clinic is open M-F; schedule would be 4x10s
  • Must be comfortable working with all ages
  • EMR Cerner
  • Active OK license, DEA, OBNDD, ACLS, BLS, PALS
