**Duration**: ASAP - Ongoing
**Coverage Type**: Call Only (In-House, 24-hour shifts)
**Schedule**: 1:6 call ratio, onsite hospitalist model

**Clinical Details:**
- 23-bed OB unit with 2 dedicated ORs
- ~12 patients seen per shift; 3 admissions; 8 phone consults
- Mix of low- and high-risk pregnancies
- EMR: MediTech
- Trauma Level: Not designated

**Requirements:**
- Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN
- Active KY medical license
- BLS and PALS
- Clean history
- Drive-in candidates only

**Skills Needed:**
- Full-scope pregnancy management (low/high risk)
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- OB ultrasound (Level I & II)
- Amniocentesis
- Deliveries: vaginal, low forceps, C-section, breech, multiple births, VBACs
- Repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations
- Surgical GYN (open & laparoscopic incl. ectopic, cystectomy, LOAs)
