Job Description

A great group in Northern Illinois has a Family/Psych NP opening for their outpatient facility.

  • Located 45 minutes NE of Rockford, IL
  • Must be Board-Certified PMHNP and FNP
  • Seeking candidates with experience in Psych and Primary Care. 
  • Seeking Spanish-speaking candidates due to the population served. 
  • Part-time and full-time options available
  • Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts 
  • Will see all ages
  • On-call - Limited, emergencies
  • No inpatient duties
  • Duties include evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, follow-ups, etc.
  • Salary range of 125-145K depending on experience.
