Role Overview

Location: Albany, NY
Full-time 5 day/week schedule
Post-Acute care inpatient setting
On-call during the day M-F

What You'll Do

Deliver comprehensive primary care
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop personalized care plans
Integrate and work closely with the IDT
Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth Physician

What we are Looking for

Experienced clinicians
FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
Active New York NP/PA license
Active DEA

Compensation
Uncapped earning potential: our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $130,760 to $154,911 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
