• Monday 7 am - 5 pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 8 am - 5 pm, Thursday 8 am - 7 pm
• 4 days per week or 16 days per month
• Closed Saturday and Sunday
• Family practice clinic seeing all ages
• DOT certification preferred
• Hospital privileges required
• PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
