• 4 days per week or 16 days per month schedule
• Clinical hours Monday 7am - 5pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 8am - 5pm, Thursday 8am - 7pm
• All ages -- family practice setting
• DOT physical examinations preferred
• Hospital privileges required
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required
