- On-call coverage with 30-minute response time -- 1:1 call ratio
- 25 patient encounters per shift with 3 admissions
- Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage
- Both inpatient and outpatient rounding required
- Average 2 phone consultations per shift
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
