**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates: Starting 8/4/2025-Ongoing
- Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours + call
- Minimum coverage: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p (Monday-Friday preferred)
- Reason: Vacancy - Long-term permanent search
- Holidays Observed: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

**Position Details**
- Setting: Outpatient
- Call Type: Second call / backup
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Admissions: Minimal
- Patients Per Shift: As scheduled
- EMR: Epic
- Privileges Required: Yes (temporary privileges available)
- Will Accept Multiple Providers: Yes
- Support Staff: 3 RTTs, 1 CMD, 1 MP, 2 RNs

**Submissions Requirements**
- Active Missouri license
- Board Certified or Eligible
- ACLS and BLS
- Clean malpractice / background history

**Skill Requirements**
- External Beam Therapy (EBRT) with Linear Accelerator
- Rapid Arc/VMAT, Electrons required
- Treatment Techniques:
- Conventional/Conformal Therapy
- IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS
- Treatment Planning:
- Conventional treatment planning
- Beam shaping (MLC), 3D CRT, PET CT or MRI Image Fusion
- IMRT planning, Electronic Portal Imaging (EPI)
