A leading healthcare employer known for exceptional quality, superior outcomes and innovative cardiovascular treatments has an exciting opening for a Cardiothoracic Surgeon.
This heart & vascular program in Denver, Colorado has a need due to growth serving patients throughout the Rocky Mountain West.
As a Cardiothoracic Surgeon here, you’ll work with other surgeons and Advanced Practitioners to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Some highlights you can expect are:

Practice at the hospital in downtown Denver, CO

The hospital has earned 3-out-of-3 stars from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) for patient care and outcomes in coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG), and aortic valve replacement (AVR), and is well known for mitral valve replacement/repair (MVRR).

Take Q3 call only at one hospital (APPs also take Q4 floor/ ICU/ practice/OR call)

Work at a large, established CV practice with collaborative relationships and referral patterns

Enjoy full ICU support with excellent group of Intensivists on site 24/7

Work at a busy Structural Heart Program with the highest volume of Mitraclips in the state. 2 ongoing structural heart trials and Evoque implantation.

A dedicated shock program as an ECMO site

The medical group is a physician-led group with the administrative support of a larger hospital system
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

Compensation: Competitive compensation consisting of an initial base salary of $800,000 plus a wRVU bonus incentive. Additionally, there is up to a $75,000 annual quality bonus. Also offering a $25,000 starting bonus. A relocation bonus is also available, if applicable.
