Job Summary:

We are seeking a general surgeon to join our team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This position is for our elective general surgery practice with no ED call and robust APP practice & OR support. The position includes a Medical Directorship of the hospital’s ASMBS bariatric surgery position.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Must be board certified/board eligible in general surgery
  • Must be proficient in robotic surgery
  • Must be proficient in bariatric surgery
  • Possess outstanding clinical skills and robotic skills a plus
  • New Hampshire licensure or ability to obtain
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
