**Schedule**: Alternating weekly coverage, 24-hour call (7a to 7a)

**Clinical Details:**
- Inpatient pediatrics and nursery with ER and delivery support
- 25-bed pediatric department within 361-bed hospital
- Facility: Level IV trauma center with Level II NICU
- 2 to 3 patients seen and admitted daily
- 2 to 3 phone consults per shift
- EMR: Athena and Cerner
- RT staffed 24 hours/day

**Requirements:**
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
- Active MS license or IMLC
- BLS and PALS certifications
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- Management of neonatal and pediatric ventilation (acute and chronic)
- Intubation (newborn and pediatric)
- Conscious and deep sedation
- Central and arterial line placement
- UVC, UAC, LP, paracentesis, thoracentesis, chest tube, needle decompression
- X-ray and EKG interpretation
- Exchange transfusion
- Minor laceration repair and circumcision
- Swallow studies
