**Duration**: 10/1/2025 to Ongoing
**Coverage Type**: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
**Schedule**: Monday through Friday, 9:00a 4:30p (8 hours/day with 1-hour lunch). Call is 1 week every 3. Weekday call is phone-only after clinic hours. Weekend call is 24-hour beeper (phone-only, no onsite call-back).

**Clinical Details:**
- Outpatient oncology clinic with hospital access
- 12 15 patients per shift
- No admissions required
- Support: 9 10 RNs, 4 MAs, 3 PA/NPs, 7 office staff
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements:**
- Board certified or eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Active CA license
- BLS
- Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient experience
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- Hematology and oncology consultative care
- Comfortable working in an integrated outpatient/inpatient setting
- Familiarity with COC-accredited program workflows
