**Duration**: 8/4/2025 to Ongoing
**Coverage Type**: Call Only
**Schedule**: 24-hour beeper call, 1:3 call ratio, 30-minute response time

**Clinical Details:**
- Inpatient setting
- Daily patient census: 15
- Call volume: 3-5 phone consults, 5-10 patients seen, 2-3 admissions
- EMR: MediTech
- Trauma Level 4
- Support staff: 18 RNs

**Requirements:**
- Board certified or eligible
- West Virginia license
- ABLS, ACLS, BLS
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- Adult and pediatric general surgery
- Trauma and laparoscopic procedures (appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, Nissen)
- Head/neck, breast, liver, and GI surgeries
- Endoscopy: upper, lower, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy
- Chest tube, central line, PA catheter placement
- Pediatric surgery procedures: artesias, abdominal wall defects, diaphragmatic hernia, PDA ligation
