**Duration**: ASAP to Ongoing
**Coverage Type**: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
**Schedule**: Monday through Friday, 8-hour clinic/surgery days plus night call; separate weekend call and rounding rate preferred

**Clinical Details:**
- Inpatient and outpatient setting
- 20 25 patients per shift
- 1 admission per shift
- Phone consults: 5 per day
- Call back: 25%
- Call response time: 30 minutes
- EMR: Athena and Meditech
- Trauma Level 3
- Department beds: 3
- Support: 3 MAs, 1 APP, 3 office staff

**Requirements:**
- Board certified or eligible
- Active AL license or IMLC
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- General adult urology
- Ureteroscopy
- Nephrectomy and prostatectomy preferred
- Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy
- ESWL (extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy)
