- 7 day blocks with 20 days off -- 24 hour coverage with phone call
- 8 - 10 patients per day with 1 - 2 daily admissions
- Phone call coverage for most evening and night cases
- Full respiratory therapy team provides vent management support
- ICU coverage includes rounding and admissions
- No procedure credentialing required
- Rapid response team participation required
- Hospital code blue response required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
