- Night call 5pm - 7am weekdays, weekends 5pm Friday - 7am Monday
- Weekend rounding: 4 - 5 floor patients, 3 - 4 NICU patients typically
- One weekend per month and one night per week coverage
- No complex cases -- backup support available from staff surgeons
- No appendectomies at night, no ECMO, no trauma, no transplant
- Weekend rounding requires only few hours plus urgent cases
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
