- 12-20 night shifts per month -- 12-hour shifts from 6p - 6a
- Average 122 patients per day with peaks of 170 - 180 daily
- Double physician coverage with advanced practice provider support
- APP coverage across multiple shifts including early morning through overnight
- Emergency department sees 48,000 annual patient volume
- Ongoing coverage needed until permanent staff hired
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
