We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate physician to join an established and busy Walk-In Clinic located in a vibrant community in Missouri.

Position Overview:
As a Walk-In Clinic Physician, you will work 12-hour shifts with a rotation schedule of 4-on / 4-off / 4-on / 8-off. The work schedule is planned 3 months in advance, allowing for better work-life balance. The clinic averages 55-60 patients per 12-hour day, shared between two providers. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care in an urgent care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, efficient care to patients in a walk-in clinic setting.
Handle an average of 55-60 patients per 12-hour shift, with a team of two providers.
Collaborate with clinic staff, including medical assistants and nurses, to ensure seamless patient care.
Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe treatments, and educate patients on managing their health.
Utilize lab and imaging facilities located next door to the clinic for efficient testing and imaging services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in an electronic health system.

Qualifications:
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related field.
Strong clinical skills with experience in urgent care or emergency settings preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and manage a high volume of patients.

Work Schedule:
12-hour shifts, following a 4-on / 4-off / 4-on / 8-off rotation.
1,656 clinical hours per year.
Schedules are determined 3 months in advance, allowing for flexibility and planning.

Lab and imaging services are conveniently located next door for easy access.
