**Locums | Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery | Clinic + Call | Wilmington, NC**
**Why This Role?**
- High-impact coverage for facial trauma cases in a busy outpatient setting
- 24-hour shifts primarily covering Friday to Monday mornings
- Long-term ongoing need with intermittent weekday coverage available
**Duration**: ASAP to Ongoing
**Coverage Type**: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
**Schedule**: 24-hour shifts, Friday through Monday AM preferred, plus weekday availability as needed
**Clinical Details:**
- Outpatient setting with admissions required
- Epic EMR
- Scope: Facial trauma (hard and soft tissue), tracheostomy procedures
- Must be comfortable managing full scope OMFS cases including trauma call
**Requirements:**
- Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Active NC license
- BLS and ATLS certifications
- Hospital/surgical privileges required (temporary privileges available)
**Skills Needed:**
- Facial trauma repair
- Hard and soft tissue reconstruction
- Tracheostomy experience
- DDS and MD credentials strongly preferred
