Job Description
**Why This Role?**
- Urgent coverage need due to provider leave
- Full-spectrum cancer care with comprehensive support team
- Locums-to-perm candidates strongly encouraged
**Duration**: July 25, 2025 to December 31, 2025
**Coverage Type**: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
**Schedule**:
- Monday-Friday, 8a 4p
- Rounds/consults on assigned weekends (4 hours/day)
- After-hours beeper call (phone consult only)
- Call ratio 1:2; low call-back rate (<10%)
**Clinical Details:**
- 12-15 patients/day
- Primarily outpatient with hospital consults (no admissions)
- May travel 2x/week to Somerset location (30 mins away)
- Epic EMR
- Must supervise APPs
- Level 1 trauma center
**Requirements:**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Licensed in PA or IMLC
- Must complete PA-mandated Child Abuse Reporting and Pain Management CME
