**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing (as-needed coverage pool)
- Schedule: 7-10+ shifts per month; blocks preferred
- Coverage Types: Mix of Clinic, 24-Hour Call, and Clinic + Call
- Clinic Hours: Varies daily (full day, half day, or less)
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 60-90 days

**Clinical Details**
- 100% Adult patients
- Average 15 patients/day
- 300-bed hospital, Level III Trauma
- 3 vascular techs, 3 exam rooms
- Must be willing to cover clinic (note at name clear)
- No supervision responsibilities
- No pediatric or neonatal

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Vascular Surgery
- Active CO license or IMLC
- BLS
- COVID vaccination
- Clean history
- Epic experience

**Skills Needed**
- Full scope of vascular surgery care
- Comfortable with both clinic and hospital-based coverage
