**Locums Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology | Marquette, MI**
**Coverage Need**
- Start Date: 8/1/2025
- End Date: 11/1/2025
**Position Details**
- Coverage type: No call
- Schedule: 10-hour days
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Athena and Cerner
- Stroke certified facility: Yes
- Admissions required: Yes
- Patients per shift: 10-15 (expected to see 18+ daily)
- Rounding on assigned and unassigned patients
- Trauma Level 2 facility
- Support staff: 3 RNs, 2 MAs, 5 APPs, 40 office staff
- Weekend coverage shared with in-house APP team
**Submissions Requirements**
- Active MI license
- Clean history
**Skill Requirements**
- Inpatient cardiology experience
- Ability to perform consults from ED and hospitalist referrals
- Comfortable managing and rounding on multiple inpatients daily
