**Assignment Details**

- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: Beeper call; call ratio 1:3
- EMR: MEDHOST
- Credentialing: ~7 days (clear Databank required)

**Clinical Details**
- Inpatient OB call for unassigned patients
- Avg: 3 patients seen, 3 phone consults, 3 admissions/day
- Must respond within 20 minutes
- Rounding on unassigned patients
- 2 midwives on staff for call support
- Trauma Level: 4
- Stroke certified facility

**Requirements**
- Board certified in OB/GYN
- Active TN license and TN Medicaid enrollment (or willing to obtain)
- Must supervise APPs as needed
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**
- Full-scope OB including low/high-risk pregnancy
- OB ultrasounds (Level I & II), NST/CST/FSE interpretation
- Vaginal and C-section deliveries, including breech, VBACs, multiples
- Surgical GYN: open, laparoscopic, and major procedures
- Repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations
