Rate: Negotiable (tell us your rate)
Schedule Negotiable (tell us your preferred schedule)
Job Details:
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Scheduled weeks: Sep 8 12, Sep 22 26, Oct 6 10, Oct 20 24, Nov 3 7, Nov 17 21
Call: Optional second call with 30-minute response time (20% callback rate)
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Setting: Inpatient
Patients per shift: 7 10
Guaranteed hours: 8 per day
OT: Paid after 40 hours/week
EMR: Epic
Stroke certified facility
No supervision required
Support staff: 3 office staff
Credentialing: 60 90 days (prompt submission required)
Skills Required:
General anesthesia (adult and pediatric)
Spinal and regional anesthesia
Central line and arterial line placement
Ability to practice independently
Requirements:
Certified CRNA
Active California license and DEA
Clean malpractice and credentialing history
Open to new grads with 1 2 years of experience
Locums-to-perm interest welcome

Fortuna, California a peaceful coastal town near redwood forests, about 5 hours north of San Francisco.
