- Call is negotiable and optional based on provider preference
- Open to new grads with 1-2 years of experience
- Locums to perm interest welcomed
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: September 1, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7a-3p
- Sep 8-12
- Sep 22-26
- Oct 6-10
- Oct 20-24
- Nov 3-7
- Nov 17-21
- Call: Second call/backup, 30-minute response time, 20 percent callback
- Guaranteed Hours: 8/day
- OT: Paid after 40 hours/week
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 60-90 days (files must be submitted promptly)
**Clinical Details**
- Inpatient setting, 7-10 patients per shift
- No supervision required
- Stroke certified facility
- Support staff: 3 office staff
**Requirements**
- Certified CRNA
- Active CA license and DEA required
- Clean history
**Skills Needed**
- General anesthesia - adult and pediatric
- Spinal and regional anesthesia
- Central line and arterial line placement
- Independent practice
