**Locums | Cardiothoracic Surgery NP/PA | Inpatient + Outpatient + Call | Spokane, WA**
**Why This Role?**
- Cardiothoracic surgical assist role with inpatient and outpatient duties
- Call coverage included with beeper and 20-minute response time
- Vein harvesting experience required
- Davinci robotic surgery assist experience a plus
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: November 3, 2025
- End Date: April 24, 2026
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: 2-3 weeks at a time preferred for continuity
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: ~10 weeks
- Lodging: Pre-approved long-term housing up to $3600/month
**Clinical Details**
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient cardiothoracic surgery
- Avg 10-15 patients per shift
- Call required; beeper response within 20 minutes
- Trauma Level: 1
- Support: 2 RNs, 9 PA/NPs, 9 office staff
- Surgical assist and floor call duties included
**Requirements**
- Certified NP or PA with cardiovascular surgery experience
- Active WA license preferred (IMLC accepted)
- ACLS certification
- Vein harvesting experience required
- Clean history
**Skills Needed**
- Cardiothoracic surgical assist
- Vein harvesting
- Floor call coverage
