**Why This Role?**
- Level 3 trauma center with 32-bed ED
- Guaranteed 8-hour shifts; overtime paid after 12 hours
- Epic EMR and long-term need due to vacancy

**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: November 1, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: Night shifts only; must be available for at least 4 shifts in Nov & Dec
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- Travel Notes:
- Reimbursed: airport parking, rideshare from destination airport to lodging/hospital
- Not reimbursed: home-to-airport travel or rideshare from home

**Clinical Details**
- Trauma Level: 3
- ED Volume: ~110 patients per 24 hours
- Must supervise advanced practice providers
- Inpatient emergency coverage only (no admissions)

**Requirements**
- ABEM or AOBEM certified or eligible (within 5 years of residency)
- Active CA license required
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Will not accept ABIM/ABFM candidates
- Must be willing to work night shifts only

**Skills Needed**
- Emergency medicine in a high-volume setting
- Night shift emergency coverage
- APP supervision
