- Float between Berkshire Medical Center and North Adams ED
- High-volume ED with 32 beds and 55,000 annual visits
- Prioritizing night shift coverage (7p 7a)

**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts; overnights strongly preferred
- EMR: Meditech
- Credentialing: Temp privileges available
- Travel: Local providers only (no flights)

**Clinical Details**
- Trauma Level: 3
- APP coverage provided
- ED handles radio supervision of paramedics
- No admissions required (hospitalist service handles all)
- 30% ED admission rate
- 30-minute response time required for on-call specialists
- Labor & Delivery is separate from ED

**Requirements**
- ABEM board certified or board eligible (within 5 years of residency)
- Active MA license strongly preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**
- Emergency medicine in high-volume, multi-site environment
- Overnight shift flexibility
- Coordination with hospitalist and OB teams
- Communication with EMS and paramedic teams via radio
