• Thursday to Sunday weekly schedule -- OR/rounding and call
• Patient volume varies daily at Level I facility
• Surgery first assist with supervised and unsupervised rounding
• Required skills: consults, fractures, fasciotomy, washouts, hemi's, IM nails
• Hospital privileges required
