**Nurse Practitioner Radiation Oncology**
**Location: Southern Ohio**
**Employment Type: Full-Time, Hospital-Employed**

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established oncology team. AOCNP certification is preferred and required within one year of hire.

Compensation & Benefits (2-Year Contract):
Vacation: 232 PTO hours; additional 40 PTO hours for meeting 75th percentile wRVU production
CME: 40 PTO hours plus up to $5,000 for books, journals, and CME
Deferred Compensation: 457b plan, no match
Retirement: 403b with employer match up to 2% of base pay
Relocation: $10,000 paid to moving company
Malpractice: Claims-made coverage, $2M/$6M limits
Health Insurance: Employee pays small premium via payroll deduction
Non-Compete: 70-mile radius, 2 years, or liquidated damages equal to one year s salary
Bonus Incentives: Up to 10% of base salary

Practice Details:
Location: Cancer & Infusion Center
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Call: TBD (pending additional staffing)
Team: 1 RN, 4 Radiation Therapists, 1 Dosimetrist, 1 Physicist, 1 Social Worker, and Dietician (1x/week)
Patient Load:
o 1-2 new patients daily
o 4-5 follow-ups daily
o Tuesdays ( On Treatment ): 15-30 patients
Procedures: Laryngoscopy, physical exams (2-3 per day)
EHR: MOSAIQ (Outpatient), Meditech (Inpatient)
