**Location: Southern Ohio**
**Employment Type: Full-Time, Hospital-Employed**
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established Occupational Medicine practice.
Preferred Experience:
Occupational Medicine
DOT Certification
Workers Compensation

Compensation & Benefits (2-Year Contract):
PTO: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 total PTO days); additional 5 PTO days for meeting 75th percentile wRVU production
CME: 5 PTO days and up to $5,000 for CME, books, and journals
Deferred Compensation: 457b plan, no matching
Retirement: 403b with employer match up to 2% of base pay
Malpractice: Claims-made coverage, $2M/$6M limits
Health Insurance: Employee contributes via payroll deduction
Non-Compete: 70-mile radius, 2 years, or liquidated damages equal to one year s salary
Bonus Incentives: Up to 10% of base salary

Schedule:
o Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
o Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
Patient Volume: 12-17 patients per day
Staffing: 1 LPN, 1 Case Manager, 2 MOAs, 1 MOT, 1 CMA, 1 Office Manager
Procedures: Suture and staple removal, wound care
Expectations:
Enthusiasm for Occupational Medicine services
Community involvement and ability to promote the practice to local businesses
