- 12 - 18 patient encounters per shift with 1 - 5 admissions
- Virtual ICU with midlevel support
- 30 minute call response time -- 1:1 call ratio
- 0 - 3 phone consults per shift
- Closed ICU model
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
