• 12-hour day shifts, 7 am - 7 pm -- no nights or call
• Average census 10 - 15 patients per provider, maximum 15
• Hospital-based practice
• Onsite hospitalist support for advanced procedures
• Intubation and line placement skills helpful but not required
• Coverage needed intermittently
