Seeking an NP/PA specializing in wound care.

* Full-time
* Monday - Friday
* Post-acute care inpatient setting
* No Call
* Create individualized care plans for residents with complex wounds
* Educate and consult with nursing staff and other healthcare providers including dressing changes, hygiene, and recognizing complications.
* Integrate and work closely with the IDT and primary care teams within the facilities.

**Ideal Candidate:**

* Experienced clinicians specializing in wound, ostomy, foot care, and/or continence care
* Certified wound care NP/PA preferred, will accept wound care experienced NP/PA
* Active Michigan NP/PA license
* Active DEA preferred but not required

**Compensation & Benefits**

* Compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $115,000 to $150,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
