NP opportunity for Adult/Geri Primary Care in Idaho Falls, ID

Great opportunity in Idaho Falls, ID for a Nurse Practitioner to perform Adult/Geri Primary Care in a clinic working for a private group. 

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
• 2+ yrs exp as NP required - Primary Care, Family Med, Internal Med, Gerontology, or Palliative Care exp.
• Duties will include working in a clinic focused on comprehensive, ongoing patient care
• Collaborate with Primary Care team to ensure completion of holistic patient care
• Must have active ID medical license, active DEA, currently enrolled in Medicare and in good standing, have HCC coding exp, and have Annual Wellness Visits experience
• 40 hours a week - Mon-Fri 8a-5p
