Job Description

Are you a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) looking to work in the beautiful city of Vancouver? If so, we would like to talk with you about our role!

Opportunity Overview:
  • Working in the town of Vancouver, WA
  • 15 -20 patients per day
  • This is a part-time position working 1 day a week
  • Advanced practice clinician (APC)
  • Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated income range of $41,000 to $49,000 annually with no cap on productivity bonus income potential. This part-time role is benefit eligible.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
  • Inpatient rounding in skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehabilitation facility, and long-term care hospital
  • Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
  • Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
  • Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines

Qualifications: 
  • Board certified FNP, AGACNP, ACNP, AGPCNP, or PA-C
  • Willing to train experienced candidates as well
  • Licensed in state
