**Physician Assistant - Neurosurgery**
**Location: Cooperstown, NY**
A progressive academic health system in Central New York is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its Neurosurgery Division, working alongside two surgeons and another advanced practice provider.
Position Highlights:
Participate in clinic (new, established, and post-op patients), telemedicine, floor management, and first-assist in the OR
No neurosurgery call required; general surgical call is optional with additional compensation
OR days: 2 - 3 times per week; clinic typically runs 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Strong academic affiliations with major teaching institutions
Previous surgical experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $122,086 - $150,000 (based on experience, education, and licensure)
Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
Generous paid time off

Qualifications:
National certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
