• Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm with weekend rotation 1-2 days per month
• Inpatient rehab and acute neuro patients with outpatient cases
• Inpatient rehabilitation facility with outpatient services
• Experience required in SCI, brain injury, and stroke rehabilitation
• Multiple program transitions throughout the day
• CARE tool assessment expertise preferred
• 13-week assignment length

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
