**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP
- End: 6-month term, extendable
- Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at St. Joseph (Tacoma)
- Friday at St. Anthony (Gig Harbor)
- Off Tuesdays
- Rotating weekend call: max 1 in 4 (Fri PM Mon AM)
- Shift: 8a 5p
- Setting: Outpatient clinic + inpatient consults
- EMR: Epic
- Patient Volume: 16 20/day
- Visit Lengths:
- New patients: 60 minutes
- Oncology follow-ups: 20 minutes
- Hematology follow-ups: 20 minutes

- Required Procedures: None required (Bone marrow aspirates optional)
- Mix: Hematology and Oncology required (no hem-only option)

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Active WA medical license
- Completed residency and fellowship
- BLS
- Clean history and NPDB preferred

**Compensation Info**
- Rate Cap:
- Hourly: $500/hour
- Call: $3,100 per 24 hours (includes 4 gratis hours)
- Call Back: $500/hour after gratis hours
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
