**Locums | CRNA | Outpatient Surgery | Pismo Beach, CA**
**Why This Role**
- No call, weekends, or holidays required
- High-volume ASC with GI-only or multidisciplinary surgical options
- Work independently in a family-friendly beachside community
**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP, no later than September 1, 2025
- End: Ongoing or permanent
- Type of Coverage: Outpatient Surgery, No Call
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8a-5p (6-8 hour shifts)
- Call Type: None required (optional hospital call available)
- Call Response Time: N/A
- EMR: Digital charts (not formal EMR)
**Clinical Details**
- Volume: 12-15 GI cases/day and 4-8 outpatient surgery cases/day
- Department Beds: Not specified
- Support Staff: Independent practice model (unsupervised CRNA)
**Requirements**
- CA license
- NBCRNA certified
- BLS certified
- Clean history
**Skills Needed**
- Conscious sedation for GI procedures
- Optional: general anesthesia and regional blocks for outpatient surgeries
- Experience with multidisciplinary outpatient cases (general surgery, ortho, ENT, urology, GYN, podiatry)
**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Capped at $225/hour
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
