- Schedule: Rotating 7a-3p or 7a-4:30p with night and weekend beeper call
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time: 20 minutes
- EMR: Cerner

**Clinical Details**
- Volume: Varies
- Department Beds: 7 ORs
- Support Staff: Full OR and anesthesia team
- Equipment: Drager machines, Omnicell system
- Procedures: MAC, general anesthesia, elective cases, intubation, IV placement

**Requirements**
- WI license (or eligibility)
- Board Certified CRNA
- ACLS, BLS, ATLS, PALS
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**
- General, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Obstetric and trauma anesthesia
- Post-op epidural and extremity blocks
- Central and arterial line placement
- PA catheter placement
- Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues
- Epidural steroid and transforaminal injections (preferred)
- Ventilation management (preferred)

- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed per lodging cap
