**Clinical Details**
- Volume: 8-10 clinic visits/day
- Department Beds: 25 (critical access hospital)
- Support Staff: OB/GYNs, FM/OBs, CNMs
- CNMs take first call; OB/GYN involved in complications
- Annual Births: ~120

**Requirements**
- ME license or IMLC
- Board Certified in OBGYN
- Clean history
- Must be comfortable with key GYN procedures

**Skills Needed**
- Office-based GYN: IUD/Nexplanon insertions and removals, biopsies, colposcopies
- OR-based GYN: LEEP, endometrial ablation
- Menopausal care, failed medical management, urinary incontinence

**Compensation Info**
- Rates (capped):
- Regular Hourly $200
- 24-hour call $2500–$3000/day
- Call-back hourly $335
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
