• Night shifts 3 pm - 1 am with 15 - 30 shifts per month
• 20 - 25 ICU patients per provider daily on trauma service
• Hospital-based trauma and critical care practice
• Full array of critical care procedures required
• Coverage includes both adult and pediatric patients
