- 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule -- 7am to 7am shifts
- Average 6 patient encounters per shift with 3 admissions
- Average phone consults: 5 per shift
- Deliveries and C-sections required
- 700 annual deliveries
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
