• 12-hour shifts 7am - 7pm, plus nights, weekends, and holidays
• Alternative 10-hour shifts 6am - 4pm -- days only, no weekends or holidays
• Patient load: 30 - 40 patients per APP during days, 50+ overnight
• 20 combined NICU and PICU patients
• Hospital-based practice covering floor and ICU units
• Care for general surgery, NICU, and PICU patients
• No bedside procedures required
