**Clinical Details**
- Operating Rooms: 8
- Case Mix: Ortho, urology, eyes, endoscopy
- Age Range: Adults and pediatric dental/eye cases
- MD to CRNA Ratio: 1 - 3 or 4
- Own Cases vs Supervision: Mixed daily
- Support Staff: CRNAs

**Requirements**
- NY license (or willingness to obtain)
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**
- Spinal anesthesia
- Epidural anesthesia
- Regional anesthesia

**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
