**Assignment Details**
- Start: October 6 - 2025
- End: Ongoing
- Type of Coverage: No Call
- Schedule: 6p - 6a night shifts
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Volume: 20 - 25 patients per shift
- Annual ED Volume: 40,000 visits
- Department Beds: 17
- Admissions: 15% rate
- Support Staff: 6 RNs, 3 MAs, 1 - 2 APPs, 2 office staff
- APPs also work 12-hour shifts (11a - 11p)
- Specialty Backup: Cardiology, nephrology, surgery, ortho, peds, urology, podiatry, tele-neurology, hospitalist

**Requirements**
- OK license or IMLC
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ER residency trained only)
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**
- Full-scope emergency procedures including intubation and central lines
- Emergency care in a trauma level 3 setting
- Comfortable working independently with access to specialists as needed

**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
