**Locums | Anesthesiologist Assistant | No Call | Springfield, MO**
**Why This Role**
- Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week) with long-term availability preferred
- High-volume inpatient surgical facility with complex case mix
- Flexible 10- and 12-hour shift options, day and evening coverage
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 10/27/2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm CST
- Shifts: 10- and 12-hour shifts available, no guaranteed hours
- EMR: Epic
**Clinical Details**
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- ORs: 17 total, all in use daily
- Volume: Average daily surgical census is 135 (includes L&D, ENDO, HEARTS, EP, MRI/CT)
- Model: 4:1 medical direction
- Pediatric cases included
- Trauma Level: Not specified
- Stroke Certified Facility
**Requirements**
- No specific license or board certification required to bid
- Must submit past 12 months of case logs with bid
- Clean history
**Skills Needed**
- Complex case experience: neuro, spine, ENT, electrophysiology
- Required: intubations, arterial lines, ventilator management
- Pediatric anesthesia experience required
**Compensation Info**
- Rate: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
