**Clinical Details**
- Volume: High-volume patient panel consistent with academic-level program
- Support: Integrated team including RNs, APPs, and radiation oncologists

**Requirements**
- PA license
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**
- Proficiency in external beam therapy (IMRT, IGRT, VMAT), brachytherapy, and radiosurgery
- Familiarity with modern planning techniques including 3D CRT, image fusion, and beam shaping
- Participation in clinical trials and advanced treatment protocols preferred
